NOTARIZATION AND COMMISSIONING SERVICES

A Commissioner of Oaths (aka “Commissioner for taking Affidavits”) is an official who administers oaths or affirmations on documents. An oath or affirmation may be required on affidavits, statutory declarations, or government forms.

A Notary Public is like a Commissioner of Oaths. But in addition to being able to administer oaths, take affidavits and declarations, a Notary Public can also attest or certify documents.

✔ We require two pieces of Government issued IDs displaying your hand signature and remember to sign your documents in the presence of notary public.

✔ Our office as a Notary Public is also authorized by the Province of Ontario to witness the swearing of oaths and to certify the signatures and documents.

We notarize documents for use in other countries on regular basis. When documents are for use outside of Canada, please ensure to check with the consulate or embassy of the country you are dealing with to determine the requirements of that country.

We notarize all kinds of U.S documents on regular basis, particularly Real Estate Closing documents for purchase, sale and mortgage, time share documents. Please ensure to provide our information to your title company or your attorney prior to booking an appointment to ensure that they will accept our notarization.
